SIMPLE PROCESS
Energy trading and brokerage are not straightforward processes and energy markets are volatile. However, none of this need be of concern to our clients since our obligation to you is to secure the best prices to meet your individual energy supply needs.
We ask you to sign a letter of authorization which enables us to act as an energy consultant to your organization and gather details of current energy costs and consumption patterns. When this process is completed we will inform you when your various existing energy supply arrangements become contractible and at the appropriate dates furnish you with quotes designed to meet your future energy requirements for the relevant contract period.
NO COST OR OBLIGATION
At no point in our consultancy relationship is there an obligation on you to deal exclusively with Resource Solutions, nor to accept any quote provided by us. It is understood that you will look to secure the best deal possible whether this is with an existing or an alternative supplier. Our costs are recovered through commissions from the broker.
SMOOTH TRANSFER
If you ultimately do contract for any supply through us our well-established relationships with the energy suppliers and dedicated contract management service will ensure that transfer to the new arrangements is achieved with efficiency.
